2. Finding your new home can be easily achieved. When you fill out your detailed wishes on ourhomepage , a whole list of properties will be offered from which you can choose. 3. If you need help making your selection, phone our Operations Department and have a chat with them. They can let you know immediately about parking, public transport and,for instance, schools. Explain what is important to you, so they can put together the best possible viewing trip. 4. Either way isfree of charge , because at Renthouse we work on the basis of 'no cure, no pay' . 5. We will ask you to supply us with some personal details.When making appointments for viewings, landlords often wish to get an impression of the person who is looking and for what period of time. You will have to enter your preferences such aswhich the area where you wish to live, property type and size,and choice of furnishings. 6. As soon as Renthouse has received your request,we will contact you to arrange a viewing at your earliest convenient date and time. 7. The Viewing Trip Your accommodation advisor will collect you from your hotel, airport or business address. 8. He or she will be your guide to answer any questions you might have and explain the codes of conduct involved. All important aspects of a property, such as of what the quoted price consists, will be pointed out to you. You can review all the properties you have visited or run another search if you want to see more. 9. Upon finding the desired home consult your advisor on duration, price and additional requirements and he or she will negotiate on your behalf. 10. Negotiations By the end of your trip you can discuss your next course of action. If you havent seen anything you like, a date for the next viewing can be planned. But if you have found what you are looking for, you may want us to negotiate the rent or further conditions before you make a definite commitment. In any case, your accommodation adviser will be happy to assist you. 11. Tenancy Agreements When the negotiations are successful, a letter of intent will be drafted. This document serves as the confirmation of your Yes and to check if all your details are correct for drawing up the tenancy agreement.Once the contract has been made up, it will be sent to you together with the invoice. After signing and payment a date for the check-in will be arranged. 12. Commission On successful completion of our contract of service, we charge a commission, based on: NO Cure - NO Pay Short Leases (up to 6 months): 15% of the total period's rent, min 300 euros Long Leases (longer than 6 months): equal to one month's rent
