1. TAJ MAHAL The Taj mahal is situated southern bank of the

Yamuna river, on the outskirts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, one of the seven wonders of the world. The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal (d. 1631), from which the name Taj Mahal is derived

2. BIBI KA MAKBARA The Bibi ka Maqbara (c. 1678) outside

Aurangabad in Maharashtra , the tomb of Aurangzeb's wife, is a lesser imitation of the Taj Mahal even so, it incorporates novel features such as an interior gallery overlooking the cenotaph below.

4. QUTAB MINAR Qutab minar among the tallest minarets in Asia, built

by Qutb-ud-din Aibak in the early thirteenth century. Built as a victory tower and perhaps also a minar (tower) to the Quwat-ul-Islam mosque, the Qutab Minar, as it stands today, was completed by Firoz Shah with an addition of two more storeys with copious marble inlays, raising its height to about 72m.
