Meads Bay: The trendiest beach, fascinating personalities and the super-rich, this is a mile-long stretch of calm and immaculate on the western end of the island. Sandy Ground: The main port of entry for privately-owned yachts, the small tranquil village of Sandy Ground edges a salt pond common with wading birds. For a small charge, boats will take us to the nearby Sandy Island, a small nearly deserted island dotted with palms where the swimming and snorkeling is excellent.

Little Bay: The snorkeling is excellent at this tiny, secluded beach surrounded by steep cliffs. The visibility of the reef fish that gather in the deep drop offs is beyond splendid. Shoal Bay East: The ideal place for soothing, snorkeling as well as swimming, this beach is acknowledged to be one of the best in the Caribbean. The stunning white sand, backed by sea grapes and cocoa palms, shelves tenderly down to wonderful turquoise waters. The beach is scattered with laid-back beach bars like Gwen's Reggae Grill.

Nightlife on Anguilla typically comprises musical diversions either at the hotels and resorts or at the local beach bars. Be certain to take a look at The Dune Preserve in Rendezvous Bay. This

well-known beach bar was built from old boats, driftwood and further flotsam by Bankie Banx. Beautiful, stunning white sand beaches; see-through turquoise waters; excellent food; exclusive hotels; warm, friendly people, as well as feeling of privacy is part of the Anguilla experience. If we are seeking for a run away from the busy world, an Anguilla Beaches is the destination for total tranquility.
