Dunedin Places

Larnach Castle New Zealand's well known castle is in Dunedin

and is the Larnach castle built by William Larnach in 1871. It took up nealy 200 men to build it and three years to build the castle.

Otago Museum The Otago museum is the country’s oldest and

largest museum with 1.7 million items. The Otago museum is open daily to 10 am to 5pm.

Dunedin celebration

Dunedin's Chocolate CarnivalOne of Dunedin's events is the Chocolate Carnival. The Chocolate Carnival goes from Saturday the 7th of July to Friday the 13th of July. They have a giant Jaffa race where they drop 20,000 Cadbury Jaffa's down Baldwin Street. They also have chocolate fountain, fire displays and toe tapping music.
