old) & the Otis Memorial School (55 year old building located on Otis AFB)

• “Cape Villages” concept to reflect Cape Cod municipalities (Town of Barnstable=Hyannis, Osterville, Centerville, etc.)

• Single story “houses” connected by long hallways• Segregate Pre-K/K/Grades 1-5• Move 5th grade into new elementary, out of new middle

school• 946 kids: Make building larger than current enrollment

just in case of Otis AFB disposition• Siting: required a $4M MassHighway project for access
