Spirit Trees, Indians used them to subsist in bad weather by eating the Cambian layer, always on NESide of Ponderosa tree. Some trees probably 400 YO
Second to last day and we are headed A long way up Gordon’s creek to spend theNight at Shirtail Camp near Shaws Creek
