1. Retrofitting- Roofing- 30 year shingles light reflective to get ready for Solar Photovoltaic

System, and Solar Hot Water Evacuated Tube System and new doors and windows 7/8”

Low-E Crypton Gas.

2. Change all lights to Compact Fluorescent, LED Lighting, and Personal Sensors.

3. Install #3- Solar Hot Water Collectors, Evacuated Tube System with Solar Hot Water Tank

with exchanger tied in series with my Hydro-Heater for hot water and minimum that I need

for heating and use existing Solar Collectors for pool heating.

4. Photo-Eye outside solar greenhouse and window quilts inside greenhouse, make automatic

motors for winter and summer controls.

5. Hook up automatic thermostatically Controlled Fan to bring heat from solar greenhouse to

rest of the house directly besides transferring to the sand mass.

6. Change appliances to high-speed front-loading washer and dryer- energy star or better.

7. Change dishwasher to energy star or better.

8. Change stove and refrigerator to better than energy star from 2 kW to 300-600 Watt unit.

9. Install Photovoltaic System 7.2 kW with inverter, for net metering system, tied to grid.

10. New car hybrid with battery to be charged with 4kW Photovoltaic system on the ground.

11. Air Cleaner to purify irritants and contaminants, Air Exchanger, plants put in house to

purify air of toxic gases like formaldehyde, benzene trichlorides, etc.

12. Water Purifying Alkaline System installed.

14. Total recycling bins and exterior of living spaces all paints, chemical, fuels, and toxins.

15. Total green purchasing and living changes for sustainability etc., etc., etc.
