DESCRIPTION
Ever thought how game designs can help your organization to encourage collaboration, culture forming and productivity? I gave this talk in Smart Mobility 2012, at MBS in June 2012 to a group of very serious folks (the enterprise guys!). Gamification is NOT a new concept, but thanks to advances in mobile technology, it has received increased attention across different sectors. My objective in this talk is to address specifically how one can design gamification-business use cases without fouling up.
