You don’t need to manually specify your groupings each time you add a new account to the table, since in reporting structures this is derived automatically. It provides much better readability, since it is much easier to see what groups you have and how things are grouped under those groups. Reporting structures also contain some help actions that increase user friendliness. For example, actions for adding specific accounts or all missing accounts, action for moving many lines to a new places in the table.

In addition, the new structures allow for the local chart of accounts, natural signs, and related which is more flexible for all our customers.

Pre-Billing is printed using an invoice layout as other Maconomy job invoices. The pre-invoice must not contribute to the totals on any financial reports; it should, however, be listed on customer statement reports in its own section. It allows you to keep track of who has paid, and in a user-friendly way keep track of the work being done on the job, and a way to ensure quality control.
