HD-CVI: High-Definition Composite Video Interface(HD-CVI) is a proprietary HD Analog technology developedby the Chinese security product manufacturer, Dahua.HD-CVI solutions are capable of transmitting HD video overstandard analog coaxial cabling up to 1300’ (1080p) and1600’ (720p). HD-CVI recorders are compatible with allanalog and like-branded HD-CVI cameras, in limitedconfigurations.

HD-TVI: High-Definition Transport Video (HD-TVI) is the latest HD Analog technologyintroduced. HD-TVI solutions are capable of transmitting zero latency 720p or 1080p HD videoover standard coaxial cabling up to 1600’. HD-TVI “tri-brid” recorders are compatible with allanalog, all HD-TVI cameras, and supported IP cameras, on any channel and in anyconfiguration.

AHD: Analog High Definition (AHD) is an alternative standard for HD data transmission utilizedby security industry chip manufacturers NextChip and Eyenix. AHD solutions are capable oftransmitting 720p @ 25-30 fps while minimizing data loss. AHD recorders are compatible with allanalog and like-branded AHD cameras, in limited configurations.
