My Mistakes• Fear, it is ok to miss estimation, foster trust• Poor Communication, dedicated team area, no
problem solving in stand up • Poor Team Structure, cross functional enough
to deliver, stable enough members to grow together • Poor Estimation, estimation points are not hours, it is team abilities to deliver
• Poor Planning, agile planning is continuous improvement & plan for next 1-2 sprints
• Ignoring Customer Feedback, CAB is good
• Scrum Norris, PO & SM should not be same person
