Additional feedback on Web casts…

• Based on my experience, webcasts are average

• if the webcast goes into some detail

• Less expensive due to no travel involved

• More demos! We get the concept, show it.

• More Web cast on evolving technologies.

• some are great, some not so much

• They could be more user focus

• They usually trigger questions.

• Would prefer a "recipe" approach
