Photo Capturing System - weighment done under CCTV
surveillance,
Anti-theft Security Checks – to eliminate pilferages and frauds,
restrict double weighment of same vehicle, restrict manipulation in
vehicle positioning, restrict fake weighment, restrict zero error,
verification of vehicle identity,
Unmanned Weighment System - no operator required at
weighbridge and weighment done through Smart Card/RFID,
Data Management Hardware and Software – for controlling,
reporting, and also integrating with ERP Database,
E-Reporting – for transferring weighment data with photographs
through email or SMS. Also data transfer through GPRS,
Customisation and Annual Maintenance (AMC).

VEHICLE COMES AT PLANT ENTRY GATE
• Vehicle Challan validation is done from the existing ERP/SAP, etc..
• A unique Smart Card/ RFID is issued to the driver for weighment
• After getting the Smart/RFID card vehicle proceeds to weighing station
for weighment

DRIVER ASKED TO PLACE THE SMART CARD ON THE READER
ALTERNATIVELY – READER COULD BE INSTALLED ALONGSIDE THE PLATFORM SO THAT DRIVER COULD JUST SHOW THE CARD TO THE READER TO CARRY OUT WEIGHMENT WITHOUT HAVING COME OUT OF VEHICLE. THIS MAKES WEIGHMENT PROCESS FASTER. PHOTOGRAPHS CAPTURED AUTOMATICALLY.

read by a TCP-IP reader in unloading / loading area to see the 1st weighment
details, photographs etc. on adjacent TCP-
IP display before loading/unloading.

SAME WEIGHMENT PROCESS CARRIED OUT AS DONE IN 1ST WEIGHMENT
As soon as final weighment is done all detail are automatically communicated to exit gate PC for documentation.
Documentation made ready prior to vehicle reaching the exit gate.

If internet connectivity not available, data gets stored in system to be transmitted automatically as soon as connection is restored.
Data transmission (with photographs) is dependable and secured. Provides ability to view spilt moment photographs captured at the time of weighment
along with the weighment detail. Provides facility to verify identity of vehicles weighed. Provides handy information about sales /purchase done at site in the form of reports. Thus Mobile Office provides a complete control over the weighment activity at the site
