avoid MTing by setting a schedule and sticking to it / doesnt matter if computer, smart phone, paper calendar / no one right way to do it / cannot stress enough: whatever works for you! / make a system and stick to it / doesnt have to be fancyin fact, too fancy is bad / get out your syllabi and write all major due dates down if you havent already / got to commit yourself to placing yourself in control of your time and carrying out your plans / all those priorities we mentioned before? / this is where you schedule them in and stick to it / it might sound rigid, but its actually more freeing5
