HOW TO?1.Conduct a heuristic review with someone who has a background in usability best practices2.Grade each item on a 1 or 0 basis and weight it using the weight assigned to each item3.Add up the weighted score to reach the scorecard bottom line4.Use charts to present a picture to leadership about overall grades by top level, secondary categories or both
