Critical points:

Mechanical abrasion by shavings. Chemical attack by oil/oily mist. Impact on the machine by the moving loads.

Full steel/aluminium execution, NO PLASTIC PARTS

High resistance to the chemical/mechanical action of the vacuumed material (same execution even on the accessories).

Specific oil/abrasion proof compound on the hosiery.

Contact between the vacuumed material and the filter.

Full-shield cyclone separator (fully built in the machine body), avoiding any contact between solid/liquid material and filter.

High Specific Gravity of the vacuumed material (accumulation of heavy material into the collection container).

Reinforced structure (higher impact and weight-resistance)

Limited time to carry maintenance operations out (usually within machinery setup operations).

High reliability and performance keeping over the time: full schedule respect of the required vacuuming operations.

Use in narrow spaces.

Compact size: suitable to be positioned close to the machine without exceeding the compulsory Operator’s platform size (80cm as per EEC regulations)
