The new Windows 8 look and feel of the
dashboard and report builder
Version 2 of UC Analytics see’s key enhancements focusing on the user experience with a ‘Windows
8’ look and feel throughout the software. There are 7 new monitors: Lync Client Types; Quality Trend;
Call Distribution by Location; Conference Statistics and Inbound Call Summary; Presence Statistics
and Response Group Summary.

UC ANALYTICS NEW MONITORS
LYNC CLIENT TYPES
This graphically displays the different
Lync Client Types (Devices) used and can
be filtered on Organisation Units. Drill
down reporting is possible directly from
the monitor by selecting the desired
device type. This report shows Extension,
Employee, Organisation unit, Time,
Dialed number, Destination and
Extension client type.
QUALITY TREND
Displays an average call quality using
MOS (Mean Opinion Score) throughout
the day in hourly intervals. Specific
gateways can be selected for direct
filtering on the chart.

CALL DISTRIBUTION BY LOCATION
The map highlights call volumes to
geographical areas. The size of the red
dot being proportional to the total calls
volume. It is possible to reposition the
map for specific regions and zoom in
and out depending on requirements.
CONFERENCE STATISTICS
This monitor displays the total daily
volumes for both audio and video
conferences.

INBOUND CALL SUMMARY
The table shows employee performance
with details on Total calls, Missed calls,
Avg. ringtime, Peak ringtime, Avg.
Duration and Peak duration. Filters can
be applied to the table to show specific
Response groups, Employees or
Organisation units. Drill down reporting
is also available on individual employees
which will display call details on
Extension, Time, Duration, Ring time,
Response group, Call type and Dialed
number.
PRESENCE STATISTICS
This real-time monitor displays the total
number of Lync users logged on
throughout the day in hourly intervals.

RESPONSE GROUP SUMMARY
This table shows real-time information
for selected response groups. The
displayed fields are Active calls; Calls
waiting in queue; Average queue time;
Longest call waiting and Available
agents.

It is possible to use the Templates page to generate reports on screen in the right
hand side window.
REPORT DEFINITIONS, FILTERS & DRILL DOWN
Possible to identify and report on scheduled vs. ad-hoc conferences in MS Lync.
Costs vs. Cost2 – UC Hosters can monitor ROI by running reports on buy and sell
rates of call charges.
Drill down to a full report available from the Lync Response Group Wall Board.
SECURITY POLICIES
Security policies can now be based on Response Groups restricting users to
information only on specified groups.
COMPANY DATA STRUCTURE
Employee pictures can be imported from AD
