UC Analytics Release Notes
Version 2.00.041 8th June, 2015
Ongoing consultation with end users and partners has driven the development of UC Analytics and the latest
release see’s important additions. These maintain its status as a key element to the successful deployment and
usage of Unified Communications.
Active Calls Wall Board
The active calls wall board shows in real time the status of calls in one of 3 states: Ringing, Connected and
ended along with the from and too details and the duration on each of the call status’s.

Merge Reports
Running a single report in isolation is often sufficient however when information is required from multiple reports it
can at times be confusing and time consuming to analyse the results. It is now possible to combine multiple reports
into a single report when using the report scheduler giving a combined view in a single report.
Report Builder
Additional filtering criteria is now included which includes the AND,OR call type filters. This enables the generation
of reports to display more than on type such as Response Group and Abandoned.

There is also a new option to sort the reports in descending order. Previously all reports have been generated in
ascending.
Federated Calls
Within the standard reports ‘Top Destinations’ and ‘Top Employees’ it is now possible to exclude Federated calls
giving a view of external calls only.

Active Directory Import
Within the global active directory import it is now possible to import the organization structure from a single task
User Activity Report
Specific to MS Lync / S4B this new report shows if a call has been answered or abandoned by users and their
presence status when the call was presented.
Other Changes
Organization units – ability to delete units with children
Added Busy filter to Agent Status Monitor applicable to presence for MS Lync and S4B
Microsoft Lync parsers: Start/end for internal calls
Generic CSV parser: supporting ring time, switching call parties for incoming calls
Add negate(~) support to search filters
Support for CDR collection from FusionPBX
Microsoft Lync parsers: Support park/pickup
