DESCRIPTION
The next release of UC Analytics sees the addition of the Location Chart and supporting reports. User adoption and call volumes can be seen by region through filtering on Call Service Type (Voice, Video, IM and Data) and on extension, employee, organization unit and region. The map shows countries or a more localised view of cities. The dashboard gives a quick and simple view to drive user adoption and enables analysis of calls by region giving details to negotiate better call rates with call carriers.
