The making of my double page spread!

I began with a black background and added a line down the middle separating the pages to show that they are two separate pages.

From that I added a film roll which I would later fill up

with pictures!

I then added several images and put some into the film roll, and the other two were placed so that the text could go around them!

I then added the text onto the page neatly placed around the pictures.

I left a gap in the middle of the text in the centre so that I could add a quote in a box to break the text up

And make it look

More appealing!

• I then added my large quote which forms around Duncan on the left hand side page. I used several different fonts and italic and bold to create differences between them.

• I also used the transform tool and changed the shape and direction of the words which is why they're tilted

and off centre.

I then added several smaller and less important details such as page number, the masthead above Duncan and my pull quote.
