The Leopard

Physical Feature

• Can be as tall as 6 to 7 feet tall

• Can weight up to 200 lbs

• Their tails can grow up to 3 feet long

• Brother/sister to the Cheetah.

• small noses but they can smell from faraway.

• Born with black fur

Habitat

• can tell where their cubs are by there purr• hunted by humans for their tails claws and

whiskers• no enemies because they eat anything that

moves• It is very hot where they live• When baby leopards are born their mothers

find and make caves for them to live in.

Diet/Behavior

• Mate in the winter• Go into trees after catching prey• Very large food chain• Solitary but share land with others• Feed mainly on medium sized food

• Born with black fur• Long scaled tough• Pale under body's• Legs that allow them to

run quickly• Great ears that lead

them to prey• Very sharp teeth to tear

through food

• One of the loudest roars in the jungle

• A small nose but gets them to prey
