Application



The pressure less chamber made of Stainless Steel al lows the steam to f low

down gradually.

The Chamber of the steamer is wholly insulated by the stainless steel insulating

panels to minimize the heat losses.

Steam is al lowed to enter from the top of the chamber which drives out the air

posit ively avoiding the assimilat ion of air and steam, hence providing the ideal

condit ion for the color f ixat ion.

Chemically contaminated steam is exhausted by wel l design exhaust system.

A.C. Invertors (customized) drive al low the effort less transit ion of the fabric

upto a mechanical speed of 40 meters/minute.

The design of the “Texwin” Loop Steamer ensures both – EFFICIENCY &

Our Universal Steaming Machine have always been charecterized

by an original system of steam condit ioning which permit opt imisation of

humidity content . For this purpose our steam agers are equiped with

special in built device which condit ion the steam passing through the

water before being injected into the chamber.

universal Moel is designed to process Natural as well as synthet ic

febrics. In Universal Model - Streaming of the réactive prints, Vat Prints

and Disperse prints can be done and Superior colour yeild can be

achived. (Temperature Range - 105oC to 180oC)





Loop Steamer

High Température Loop Steamer

This type of model of loop steamer is suitable for steaming the

disperse prints and curing of waterbase pigments. ( Temperature

range - 140 oC to 180 oC)

Steam Super heat ing can be done by Mult ipass thermic f luide

rediators or by direct gas f i r ing system.

with all polymer coated rollers inside, driven

by two separate drives.

The steam chamber is fully insulated with

duly coated Stainless steel sheets to
