A _________________________________________________________________________ Welcome to our October 2014 newsletter. It is intended to give monthly updates on what is happening at Terra Energy and to share information that will be useful for you in planning your exploration requirements. This month we give you an outline of what Terra offers with a link to download a video that explains what Terra is about. Terra Energy & Resource Technologies, Inc, leverages a geosciences team with 450+ years of combined experience, we integrate new ways to find hydrocarbons (HCs), which complement conventional G&G methods and reduce exploration time, cost and risks. We add multiple, valuable data sets to your field model that you otherwise will not have available to you. When positive correlation occurs among these data sets, risks are reduced. This is not some "black- box" technology based on unproven theories … we have positive and convincing results for many projects worldwide. You may download a short video on Terra's satellite-based remote sensing and analytical tools for hydrocarbon exploration here from the cloud on Box.com: Click below to download from Box: https://app.box.com/s/zcfgaxj9u14hv58wppq7 The suite includes: Sub-Terrain Prospecting (STeP®) technology – STeP includes eight independent remote-sensing and computational technologies which are integrated into the exploration tool. Each is based on the multi-stage modeling, processing and interpretation of satellite, cartographic, digital elevation and other data to assess, quantify and locate hydrocarbon structures. By Combining advanced mathematics, algorithms, and artificial neural networks with geology, and by integrating so many different data sets, important, accurate and powerful results are produced. STeP results inform on not only structural information, but also can provide information on presence of HCs at very early stages of exploration. A STeP survey will show major and minor faults as well as unconformities critical to drilling plans ... and at a fraction of the cost of seismic. This is not conventional remote sensing by a long shot. STeP is an indispensable component of any early-stage exploration program. Naturally Adsorbed Gas Survey (NAGS™) – NAGS is a geochemical technology, which analyzes adsorbed gases in collected rock samples looking for anomalies indicative of hydrocarbon/mineral accumulations. It is an innovative, low-cost and very reliable HC detection tool. Side View Seismic Locator (SVSL) – SVSL is a micro-seismic technology based on the processing of scattered waves (rather than reflected) that determines zones of open fracturing in reservoirs, optimizes drilling location selection, improves production rates, and avoids drilling complications. This is a very useful technology for identifying fractured zones in conventional and unconventional fields. Seismic Location of Emission Centers (SLEC) – SLEC is a passive-seismic technology. Low power seismic data is collected passively on the ground over the course of 30 days. This method captures fluid (oil or water) saturation, oil-to-water contact and reservoir dynamics. It is able to distinguish the acoustic signature of hydrocarbons from that of water. In other words, it essentially provides the direct detection of the presence of hydrocarbons and real- time monitoring. It is extremely helpful in both conventional and unconventional plays.

v Naturally Adsorbed Gas Survey (NAGS™) – NAGS is a geochemical technology, which

analyzes adsorbed gases in collected rock samples looking for anomalies indicative of hydrocarbon/mineral accumulations. It is an innovative, low-cost and very reliable HC detection tool.

processing of scattered waves (rather than reflected) that determines zones of open fracturing in reservoirs, optimizes drilling location selection, improves production rates, and avoids drilling complications. This is a very useful technology for identifying fractured zones in conventional and unconventional fields.
