2. The Situation
We created a Blackboard class called Getting Started
We then created a URL Tab called Getting Started & loaded the
URL
https://fairmontschools.blackboard.com/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp?tab_tab_group_id=_77_1&url=%2Fwebapps%2Fblackboard%2Fexecute%2Flauncher%3Ftype%3DCourse%26id%3D_2743_1%26url%3D
The Tab, Tab Group, & Class can all accept Guest access yet
when the user hits the Getting Started page Blackboard states that
Authentication Required & asks the user to log in
