As a supplier of test hardware, we understand the need for high performance testers to be 100% compatible between development and production. By selecting the C-Class V93000 there are adequate resources to facilitate a highly efficient multisite test architecture and advanced instruments to support complex system on chip (SoC) products. The Synergie-CAD V93000 combines the high speed & large memory depth digital pins with superior speed & performance analogue, and newly developed high density power supplies. We design and manufacture high density probe cards (pad pitch down to 35um) for numerous markets including Logic, Microprocessor, Memory, RF and Imaging devices. By combining PCB design and probe assembly technologies we minimize resistivity and noise in testing up to to 10GHz.

Our team of qualified engineers and technicians are at your disposal for burn-in boards design. We also offer a new leading edge universal driver solution with micro-Processor control which is fully software and hardware configurable. A desktop characterisation version is also available.

With our in-house Advantest and Teradyne tester platforms we aim to support customers hardware verification, test program development and test platform transfer. Working closely with the Probe card team we have access to 200mm wafer probe handlers, (300mm in June 2016). ATE Systems are available for customers to access, supported development or remote access.We can support Qualification & Characterisation electrical testing.

QualificationTestWafer Probe ManufactureWith seven Engineering design centres based throughout Europe, Asia and USA, we manufacture and build controlled impedance multilayer boards and Micro BGA PCB down to 0.3mm pitch. PCB operating temperature from -55degC to 250degC and frequencies above 20GHz.
