  • 5. Text Steganography Our secret message may be the 1st or nth character of the stego message. Example-Susan eats truffles.   • 6. Image Steganography In image steganography we hide our information bits in image. Methods -Least significant bit insertion :- In this method the LSB of a byte is replaced with an Ms bit. To the human eye ,the resulting image will look identical to the cover object.
  • 7. Audio Steganography Messages can be hidden in common audio formatted files or the audio itself. It is more difficult process than image steganography. Methods 1. Transmitting a message in the human- inaudible audio spectrum. 2. Digitally embedding a message into an audio file. -Tool: S-Tool 4

Video Steganography Video files are generally a collection of images and sounds.The great advantages of video are the large amount of data that can be hidden inside and the fact that it is a moving stream of images and sounds. Therefore, any small but otherwise noticeable distortions might go by unobserved by humans because of the continuous flow of information.
