Functions When the Mains Supply is available

The load is connected to the Mains supply (after initial delay) and the consumer can draw the full load as per the Sanctioned rating. When the Mains Supply fails and Standby Generator Supply is available

The consumers are connected to the generator in a sequence depending upon the pre-set ‘Initial Delay’* timing, in order to limit the sudden load on the Generator. The Unit Monitors the Current at factory “Set Limit”. * If the Current exceeds the limit, the load is disconnected 5 times in 1 second intervals as a warning and then, automatically reconnects it after 5 minutes *. This cycle of interruptions and warning repeats 2 times and unless the load is reduced to the set limit the power supply will permanently disconnected. The supply will be re connected only by an operator manually or when the Main / Dg supply restarts. During this period, the Consumer is expected to switch off the non-essential loads and reduce it to within the limit. When the load is within the ‘Set Limit’, the Generator continues to supply the load. The supply from the Generator to the load can be restored after the Generator connection is reset by switching OFF/ON the Gen MCB. Or by pushing the reset button on the StartOff unit.

When the Mains supply is restored The Load is automatically transferred to the Mains supply after pre-set time.

LED Indicators: Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Over Load, Mains On, Generator On Digital display: 2 line /4 line digital display : All the above status.

* These Parameters can be Pre-Programmed depending upon requirements of Customers and also can be Re-programmed at any time.

Automatic Load Changeover Relay is a high precession system for efficient distribution of generator power in multi-storied apartments, commercial complexes etc. StartOff ACCL Series are designed to connect mains supply to load till mains is present. On mains failure and receiving generator power, it connects the load to DG supply. During DG operation, load drawn is monitored. If the load exceeds the allotted limit, it disrupts the supply and rechecks in intervals. On reducing the load and keeping it within the limit, load is connected to DG supply. For different applications, we have specific models. They are with load limiter, without load limiter, transfer of load from one phase to other phase and many additional functions.

Special Features Over Voltage (OV) / Under Voltage (UV) protection by intelligent sensing technology.

This feature provide maximum protection to consumer’s electrical equipment caused by voltage fluctuations or Over Voltage or Under Voltage problems from EB and DG sides. In both events, the StartOff ACCL automatically turn itself off and protect the entire power supply system. Under Voltage protection system save the Generator from possible damages. StartOff ACCL can with-stand high voltage fluctuations up to 300v without any damage to the unit and thereby its life is very long compared to any other brands. Because of the high quality of components and the quality controlled workmanship, StartOff ACCL unit is almost maintenance free.
