!  Epoch  provides  a  unique  approach  unlike  your  typical  staffing  firms;  we  use  the  same  internal  veJng  process  with  each  candidate  that  we  submit  to  our  client.  This  helps  determine  the  candidates’  competency  and  technical  quality  prior  to  puJng  them  through  your  company’s  internal  process.  

!  With  staff  augmenta:on,  we  take  all  of  the  liability,  the  tax  burden,  workers  compensa:on,  payroll,  insurance,  etc.  You  (the  client)  get  a  burden  free  employee.  

!  Direct  and  passive  recrui:ng.  

!  Cold  calling  is  the  most  effec:ve  method  of  recrui:ng  because  we  have  a  story  to  tell  aYer  taking  a  complete  job  order.  We  will  make  up  to  1,000  calls  on  your  behalf  to  iden:fy  the  right  candidate  (again,  saving  :me  and  money).  

!  We  use  electronic  and  social  media  to  promote  your  offer  including  job  boards,  social  media  sites  (LinkedIn,  TwiNer,  Facebook,  Google  Plus,  etc)  and  our  own  website.  

!  Screening  resumes  -­‐  this  saves  you  :me,  money  and  overhead.  

!  We  have  the  ability  to  manage  the  en:re  HR  process  for  you  or  become  an  extension  to  your  current  team.  

!  Resources  -­‐  We  have  the  resources  and  the  staff  to  take  the  majority  of  the  hiring  process  off  of  your  plate  so  you  can  focus  on  priority  items.

!  The  EPOCH  Difference  -­‐  We  take  a  strategic  and  analy:cal  approach  with  your  search  so  that  we  iden:fy  candidates  that  you  can't  pass  up  interviewing.  It's  not  about  the  size  of  a  database,  it's  about  the  quality  of  our  process.  

!  We  will  build  a  profile  of  the  ideal  candidate  from  which  to  screen  candidates  off  of.  These  templates  will  be  standardized  on  our  leNerhead.  

!  We  can  also  consult  with  you  on  industry  compensa:on  standards.  

"  We  will  examine  direct  and  indirect  compe:tors  and  any  other  companies  that  employ  candidates  possessing  the  skills  you  are  requiring.  We  will  also  iden:fy  any  target  companies  that  you  would  like  to  hire  from.  We  can  start  there  first.    

!  We  will  work  you  on  nego:a:ng  a  package  that  is  a  win  for  both  par:es.  

!  We  will  consult  with  the  candidates  regarding  counter  offers  and  resigna:on  leNers.

Staff Augmentation Agreement

MSA  and  NDA  is  the  bear  minimum  to  start  a  staff  augmenta:on  search.  

It  is  good  to  have  permanent  placement  fee  agreement  in  place  in  case  you  decide  they  want  to  hire  our  contractor  outright.

Payment  terms  are  net  15

Permanent Placement Agreement

20%  of  first  year  annual  compensa:on  exclusive  of  any  bonus  or  commission.  

A  flat  fee  is  an  op:on,  *90  day  replacement  guarantee  is  standard.  Standard  payment  terms  are  Net  30  days  upon  candidate  start  date.  We  can  be  flexible  on  this  if  need  be  and  do  ½  Net  30  and  ½  Net  60.    

Retained  Search:  (candidate,  interview,  hire)  Three  equal  payments  (1/3)    of  the  overall  candidates  first  year  annual  compensa:on  exclusive  of  any  bonus  or  commission  equaling  20%.will  be  provided  to  explain  the  full  process  outlined  in  this  overview.
