-Play announcements between sessions and before each keynote (as slideshow/movies)-Provide computers for each room -will allow for screen capture for streaming

PROMOTION

-Decide on new theme by September-Keynotes nailed down by November to allow for early promotion-Publish program by early January

PROGRAM

-Fewer sessions, more combined to promote attendance-Committee member in each session to introduce speakers & keep things on running on time-Bring back Cathy Connolly and Dan Zwonitzer-Draw on local speakers, well know to the community -Reggie Fluty -Father Roger-Streaming/Archive permissions for all speakers
