THE SMS BUSINESS FORUM
The system that is centrally managed by UHMG comprises of client software that empowers UHMG to communicate effectively using SMS. The system is designed to capture, register, profile and retrieve data.
• Each SMS received on the interface is free of charge because costs are met by UHMG.

BULK SMS & NOTIFICATIONS
Through bulk messaging capabilities, UHMG sends instant notifications on promotions, media campaigns, advertises price changes and new products, send prescription reminders as well as SMS invitations for health providers trainings and conferences.
It should be noted that the Bulk sms capability backs up UHMG’s activities as well as those activities/campaigns by our partners.
AID FOR COMMUNICATION AND CHANNEL FOR FEEDBACK
The SMS interface is used to aid communication on health matters(as a transit of health information from the source to the end receiver and vice verser). However it can be tailored to any-other cause.
The interface is also used as a channel for feedback regarding the way the public has perceived a given promotion, product(s) and prices, giving us room for improvement.
MARKETING TOOL
Run SMS based promotions or campaigns for wholesalers and service providers
Brand Promotions are also conducted through the SMS platform. These focus on promoting the brand to its specific users.
Registration, Profiling and Response mechanism:
•Register outlets and health service providers in the system’s database and manually profile customer registration details. •The data base will be expanded to include target groups that our partners will be interested in reaching.
