YPlan, the London-based startup that’s building a platform for selling last-minuteevent-booking on mobile, has raised a total of $13.7 million from VCs like General Catalyst Partners, Wellington Partners and Octopus Investments They also had a group of well known co-investors, including A-Grade, Kevin Colleran and David Morin’s Slow Ventures, and Shakil Khan, investor and advisor to Spotify and Summly.
