ZÜRICH - Es ist völlig unüblich, dass der Lohn für fünf Jahre im Voraus bezahlt wird, sagen renommierte Headhunter. FDP-Präsident Gerold Bührer (53) verlangt jetzt schonungslos Transparenz. Noch immer sagen Mario Corti und seine Freunde aus dem alten Verwaltungsrat «no comment».

Corti weilte gestern in Polen und wollte noch immer nicht sagen, ob er auf einen Teil seines 5-Jahres-Lohnes verzichten wird. In Schweigen hüllen sich auch die ehemaligen Verwaltungsräte, die im März 2001 den vergoldeten Corti-Vertrag aufgesetzt hatten. In der Salär-Kommission sass damals Zement-König Thomas Schmidheiny (56). «Herr Schmidheiny möchte sich nicht äussern, solange die Untersuchung des Sachwalters läuft», lässt er ausrichten. Gleich tönt es beim zweiten Kommissionsmitglied, Gaudenz Staehelin: «Ich habe Verständnis für das Interesse. Aber es liegt an der Swissair zu informieren, nicht an mir.»

Auch die übrigen Mitglieder, von Vreni Spoerry bis Lukas Mühlemann, verkriechen sich. Dabei waren auch sie bestens im Bild. «Solche Verträge wurden immer im Plenum besprochen», sagt ein ehemaliges VR-Mitglied.

Doch Credit-Suisse-Chef Mühlemann (51) bequemt sich genauso wenig zu einer offenen Information wie Bankier Bénédict Hentsch (53). Am Telefon sagt er entnervt: «Ich habe das Recht nichts zu sagen.» «Warum wollen Sie nichts sagen, Herr Hentsch?» «Fragen Sie nicht weiter, ich gebe keinen Kommentar, schönen Tag, auf Wiedersehen.» Aufgehängt.

Jetzt regt sich politischer Widerstand. «Wenn der Betrag ohne Auflagen über Ziele ausbezahlt wurde, dann ist das inakzeptabel», sagt FDP-Präsident Gerold Bührer über FDP-Mitglied Corti: «Jetzt braucht es schnell Transparenz.»
