SEO basic check list •  Have unique landingpages for all your products/services

•  Every page should have a unique title tag – no exceptions!

•  Every page should have a unique meta description content – no exceptions!

•  Title Tag can be up to 70 characters, meta descriptions can be up to 156 characters but try to keep them 10 characters less

•  Your most important keyword should appear in the content title H1

•  Content text should be between 100-400 words

•  Most important keyword should be in <strong> but never more than 1-2 times

•  KeyWord density: 1-3 % ( Dont overdo! )

•  Forget your teacher – write to search engines and users

•  Remember your teacher – No spelling or grammar mistakes!

•  Dont mix to many keywords on the same page – keep focus!

SEO technical check list •  Have Clean URLs

•  Never create duplicate content

•  Link internally – create a good navigation for the search engines and users

•  Link to other relevant sites – confirm your own content

•  Use Webmaster Tools – keep track of your site performance

•  404 errors should have been fixed yesterday! error must never exist on your site
