Step 1: Export data from Parse
How you can do it?
Login to your parse account. Go to App Settings -> General Search Export app data and click on Export data

Step 2: Import App Data on App42:
Login to AppHQ Management Console From the Products drop down, select App42 Cloud
API. Go to Data Migration - > Parse Provide the zip file URL (path of the zip file which
you have exported from Parse) Click on Submit
