Hello. Today we will be touring the Sinclair Conference Center, located in Building 12 on the Sinclair Campus.

Let’s begin. The Sinclair Center is located in

Downtown Dayton, on West Third Street.

Don’t forget the underground parking garage entrance is on

Fourth Street.

In the Dr. Ponitz Building 12 on Sinclair’s main campus.

The Conference Center has over 20 rooms on site and several off site rooms

at Miami Valley Research Park.

Inside we have over 5 styles of rooms with a variety of setups. Including a

theater, great hall, classroom, computer lab and auditorium.

Several rooms have multiple options for setup, media and food.

Some rooms are preset and come with standard media included.

Follow me and we’ll start the tour.

Our Atriums offer a relaxing space to meet before a meeting or as a break during the meeting.

needs. Built in coat rack included.

Our Theater with stage, multiple range light settings and a variety of media

options.

Our great hall can be set to seat your largest event. What you need we can do, with settings, media and food.

No presentation or meeting would be complete without media.

We offer a variety of media options to make sure you have everything

you need to have the best presentation ever.

We have a variety of options to fill the needs and stomachs of every one who attends.

Aramark has a large selection of food services to cater anything from a small classroom break

to a large sit down dinner.

Let’s take a look at some of their tasty selections.
