Lessons learned:– Start with out of the box approval apps. Easy to
implement, and quick value. Consider My Inbox if you are doing more than a couple.
– Also start with HR apps. Get a big audience of people that rarely use SAP and don’t want to be trained on SAPGUI.
– Enable access from the Internet. People don’t want to VPN. If security is a concern, try HCP mobile services.
– Security is very important, complex. Make sure you get it right.
