PowerPoint is a multimedia software. This CD is about teaching learners basic steps of using PowerPoint. It is presented in Arabic language only. It has 10 main

sections and each section include specific lesson .

Overview

-Configuration presentations.

-Dealing with slides. -Format slides and

presentations. -How to make slides

interactive. -Save presentations.

--Dealing with texts- -Dealing with images

--Dealing with chart.- -operating the

presentation. -Printing.

The main sections are

-Ways to configure the presentation- Configure a blank presentationNew Presentation-

Objective

This software was designed to teach the learners basic steps for using PowerPoint in easy ways by using images, text and

sound to explains the topics clearly .

At the end of using this CD the learners will be able to use PowerPoint in a professional way.

Target learner

This CD is nearly designed for students who are in fifth grade and more. Also this CD is suitable for all learner who want to use power point software because it give

us all steps for using it .

teachers roles

Teacher can be as a facilitator. To help students if they face any difficulties in using this CD. For example teacher can ask the students to implement lesson by using PowerPoint.

Students roles

-Select the goal ( what he or she want to learn from this program.

-Follow the lesson step by step as it presented in the CD .

-ask the teacher if they don’t understand any thing.

Advantages in learning

This CD improves users skill in using PowerPoint. It teaches them how to design lessons and create presentations.

So teacher can use it as basic tools for teaching that make learning more exciting and interesting.

Also students can use in presenting their reports and projects.

Disadvantages

-It only focus in using PowerPoint generally not specifically.

-It has the same way in explanation the tutorials which make learners feel boring.

-There no assessment after tutorials.
