The water could of gone into the plugs which is a fire hazard which also could
damage electrical appliances, you could slip over
It could hurt your eyes by flashing bright lights
If you were using water for example In a confined space
some could slip and hurt them
If you fore example was handling trays as water you
could hurt yourself
If you are working with heights you could fall and hurt yourself.
Action Required
Have one person in charge to make sure water does not
spill.(low risk)
Make sure you are careful with lights in people’s eyes
(low risk)
Make sure people in confined spaces are more careful then
if they were not (medium risk )
Make sure you take more care with handling heavy
objects (high risk)
Make sure you are careful with dealing heights (high
risk)
