Risk Assessment.

Tri Pod The tri pod must be placed on a stable ground

where it is safe to stay up and less likely to fall over. It

is important that the ground is flat so the camera

doesn’t move around during footage and cause

the video to look fuzzy

Battery Life As the battery in the camera has a limited life, this

could be a problem for us as we are filming outside,

away from our houses. To ensure that all the

footage is captured before the battery life drains,

we will use another camera from a different device

such as a phone if the battery life on the camera

gets too low. We will then join all the footage

together at the end.

Fake Blood (tomato

ketchup/soup)

During filming one of the main scenes, fake blood

must be used to make the filming more realistic. We

must make sure that none of the substance gets

into the eves of the characters or stains any area

around the filming. To make sure we prevent this we

will use a substance that wont stain and try to keep

it away from the characters eyes

Scene (Town Hall) In the town hall scene, we need the room to be

dark with nothing but a table lamp to produce light.

Because the room will be dark we need to make

sure that there are no loose wires, slippery surfaces

or unseen steps in the room we are filming to

prevent any slips, trips and falls which could hurt the

characters

Scene (Outdoors) In the outdoor scene where the crime is recorded,

the area could have the public around or glass on

the floor. We need to make sure that we check the

area of the scene first to make sure there are no

hazards around the area and any that are should

be removed. Because we are filming this scene on

an evening it is likely there shouldn’t be many

people around but anyone that is should be

informed of our project that we are producing so

they don’t interfere and become unwanted in the

background.
