Janet fills the form and submit it by signing up on Twitter

The completed form can be shared across social media

@RestartProject promotes the repair request on Twitter

Tom reads the request and wants to help Janet

Janet browses help offers received, ordered by location

Janet browses other users' feedback about Tom and chooses him

Tom is notified of Janet's decision

Janet receives Tom's contact info and pre-repair advice

Janet and Tom meet, and the phone is successfully repaired!
