Pruvan Mobile App

1. Get Username and Password

2. Download the Mobile App

3. View and Create Projects

4. Start Taking Photos and Completing Surveys

5. Verify Photos and Surveys Upload

6. View Photos and Surveys Online

Download the App

• iPhone/iPad

• Go to the app store on your device

• Make sure iPhone Apps is selected

• Search for Pruvan Mobile and Install

Logging into Pruvan Mobile

• Create Master username at Pruvan.com• Sub-users: Receive

username and password from Master User

• Forgot your Master username or password look up or reset them on the Login Screen at Pruvan.com• Sub-users: Contact the

Master user to reset that information.

Settings in Pruvan MobileApp Settings Action

WiFi Only Photos will only upload from the app when device is connected to WiFi Network

Charging Only Photos will only upload from the app when device is connected to Device Charger

Timestamp on Photo

Change Timestamp to Datetime, Date, Time or Off

Photo Resolution Default resolution is 640x480 but can be increased. Resolution limited by device ability

Camera Orientation

By default it will be Auto but can be changed to Portrait or Landscape

Auto Relay Photos

Photos taken on Ad Hoc projects will automatically relay to the Pruvan Downloader after they upload

Manual Project/Work Order Management

This requires the user to enter a Project ID in the phone to have it sent to their phone. Should remain off

Nickname for Device

Change the nickname on the device

Upload Complete/

Complete

The photos have uploaded to our

servers and are available online

Upload Pending Photos have not uploaded to are

servers and are only saved on

the phone

Upload Failed Photos failed to upload and will

need to be retried when device is

in a good network area
