To add the soundtrack I chose, I found a track I liked on YouTube and copied the web URL (the web address) and used an MP3 converter website to download the music.

I pasted the URL into the website and it downloaded the music onto the mac.

I then imported the track into iMovie and layered it over my scenes and then began to dip the music where people were talking.

The software on the macs was readily available to me and made working on my product much easier. The software enabled me to edit music to fit my product. I could loop the sound and delay certain parts of songs, I had to make the music fit in with the scenes which is shown in my trailer in one scene where we’re in the car and I lip sync the words to the soundtrack, which was hard but looked good.

First I imported the audio from iTunes to GarageBand.

I could then highlight the audio I needed and click loop, so there were no spaces or parts that didn’t fit in and also delete certain parts of the song I didn’t need.

I used SlideShare to upload my powerpoints to the internet where I could then embed them into my blog for other people to see.

To add a new post I simply clicked “New Post”.

To add a video I copied the “embed code” from YouTube and then pasted it in the box available. This automatically made the video appear on my blog.

To add an image I clicked on the “compose” tab and then clicked the picture of an image, I then had to choose which image I wanted on my blog.

I used Microsoft PowerPoint to document my evaluation of my final product as its easy to navigate and makes presentations look better than a plain document such as word or publisher.

This button allowed me to insert images to my presentation.

This button allowed me to add shapes, such as arrows.

This button allowed me to add text onto slides to explain what things were.

This button allowed me to add word art onto slides for titles etc.

This tab allowed me to change the whole design of my evaluation to look better.

These are all the different styles of presentation I was able to use. I used this one and changed the colour.

I changed the colour by clicking on this tab and choosing from the selection.
