To configure general extension settings please go to Stores-> Configuration -> Product Attachments
Enable attachments block display on the frontend and backend product pages.
Specify customer groups for which the attachments will be visible.
Specify where to display product attachments (either in a new tab or in any existing layout block).
If you choose to place attachments in a new tab in the product info bar – specify its position in the bar.

Enable this option if you want to show attachments block only after the product is ordered. NOTE: the option doesn’t hide all attachments for all products by default. To enable the option for specific products you need to switch the corresponding option on a particular product page as well (see page 10).

Specify the title for a block with attachments that will be visible both on the frontend and backend product pages.

Set the option to ‘Yes’ to let customers open attachments in a new browser window instead of downloading them.

Specify directory for upload via FTP.

In the Advanced Settings you’ll find the Product Attachments tab (you can specify custom name for this tab – see page 5 ).
To add new files for a specific product please go to Products -> Catalog and open the necessary product.

You can attach a file either by adding it from your desktop or by specifying the link.

The label will displayed on the frontend as the name of a file attachment (see page 20).
You can specify a separate file name for your internal use.

In this example, we’ve chosen the ‘Ordered products by condition’ option. According to our settings, we’ll get the list of customers who ordered 10 or more products of the Logitech manufacturer.

Specify customer group for which the attachment will be visible on the frontend.
Enable this option if you want to display product attachments only after the product is ordered (see page 4).

If you show 2 or more attachments on a product page, you can specify the order for displaying files. Just place the mouse hover here and drag them to place according to your needs.

You can upload attachment files right from the product grid.

To copy attachments from one product to other items do the following: • Tick necessary items to
which the files should be copied;
• Choose ‘Copy Attachments’ from the actions dropdown;
• Specify ID of the product from which the attachments should be copied;
• Click ‘Apply’.

Click here to add a new icon.

To create a new icon or edit already existing ones go to Products ->Amasty Product Attachments -> Icon Management

Click here to save the icon.

Upload an icon image from your desktop.
Specify file format for which the icon will be displayed.

To upload multiple files in bulk please go to Products -> Amasty Product Attachment -> Mass File Import
6. Bulk Attachments Upload
Upload product attachments via FTP, then create a CSV file to make uploaded documents match the right products (see page 18).
