Project Beneficiary: Municipality and the

Citizens of Cluj NapocaCluj Napoca is a city located in the center of

Transylvania, with an area of 179.5km2.

Project objective:

Providing in detailed Mega Pixel images from all major crossroads

Storing images for further analysis

Storing all License Plates from all the cars that enter the City

Construction of 2 dispatches for around – the clock monitoring

Project challenge: To make community’s safety a priority: better protect residents,

workers, visitors and the city.

Project sponsor: Electrogrup supported all implementation costs and

offered Video As a Service to the Municipality.

Key features: Record images from 70 crossroads in the City with 250 Cameras Fixed

and PTZ Allow marking the images considered to be high risk and further analysis

later Instant access of the recorded images from a camera while the other

cameras are still Live Mode; PTZ control directly from the dispatch center for a better understanding

of the incident; Storing images for 15 days; Export in different formats; Events record, sent alert email messages; Capture and store car license plates in database.

Free traffic License Plate detection ( about 90 Km/h speed )

Black lists of License Plates

Alerts when Black list car is detected

Storing the license Plate, with the associated image, in database

Constructing the car’s route through the City
