SHORT STORY – FOR MORE THAN 94 YEARS
We are the first factory of circular saw blades in Poland and one of the greatest manufacturers of cutting tools used in highly specialized machining of such materials as: wood, metal, Alu, PVC, concrete etc.
Today, apart from production of hight specialised cutting tools for machining of wood, metal or tools for building industry our team of product managers and sales representatives offer professional advisory.
In our work we use years of experience in production and construction of cutting tools, R&D department and high qualifications of our employees.
The history of FPiN „Wapienica” is the history of continuous improvement of production technology achieved by purchase of modern CNC machines, production centres and introduction of laser cutting technique.

TOOLS REGENERATION –SERVICE
We offer comprehensive regeneration service of Globus tools and tools with other trade marks.
Our Regeneration Service Department has ISO 9001 certification what guarantees professional service.
LASER CUTTING SERVICES
Our experience in laser cutting technique reaches 1987 when the first laser cutting machine started its work in our company.
At the moment we use modern cutting machines produced by reputable German company TRUMPF: model TRUMATIC TC L3030 and TruLaser 3030 TruFlow 4000.

HOW DO WE PRODUCE?
CUTTING-OUT PROCESS
A suitable sheet metal is delivered, inserted into a special cutter and subjected to the laser cutting process, in which the laser beam serves as a "knife".
HARDENING AND TEMPERING
Heat treatment of tool steel consists of three stages: Phase 1 - heating of steel; Stage 2 - quenching of the material, Stage 3 - tempering.
BRAZING OF SINTERED CARBIDES
Sintered carbides are brazed in the fully automated soldering centres. In vibratory drums, the carbides are automatically segregated and placed into position for brazing.
SHARPENING OF SINTERED CARBIDES Sharpening of sintered carbides takes place on modern, fully automated, high efficient production line consisting of CNC grinding machines with robot.
MARKING DISCS
Laser marking is among the most advanced methods of marking. Marking by this method is very fast and aesthetically pleasing.
QUALITY CONTROL –PACKAGING
The marked tool finds its way to the quality control department, where it undergoes a final acceptance.
GRINDING THE SURFACE OF SAW-BLADE DISCS
Surface grinding is used to obtain the required tool thickness while preserving the minimum scatter of values.
TENSIONING SAW-BLADE DISCSDue to the specifics of the manufactured disc tools, it is required that the tools maintain the specified rigidity during operation.
PRODUCTION ACC. TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
Tools are produced acc. to different norms – PN, DIN, AS, BS.
