Get your PlanGrid field users from zero to sixty with a series of fun, engaging exercises in this 3 hour lab. Participants use tablets to practice real world scenarios and collaborate live on the same project with the instructor’s guidance.

RFI LabSuggested attendees: Anyone involved in

RFI management or creation

We will tailor an RFI strategy session for anyone on your team that is involved with RFI creation and management. The first hour is an overview of the functionality and analysis of your current RFI workflows, and the second hour is interactive training on PlanGrid’s simple yet effective end-to-end RFI solution. We cover both desktop and mobile aspects of RFI solution, and attendees should be anyone involved with RFI generation and management.

Champion LabSuggested attendees: C-Suite Executives, Project Leadership

We will meet with your PlanGrid deployment champions or company/project leadership to discuss strategic implementation of the PlanGrid solution in this 1 hour session. We will also discuss the product roadmap to help you understand where PlanGrid is going.

Architect Lab - AIA LUsSuggested attendees: Architects, Project Leadership

A fully customizable course that targets the architectural/design aspects of a PlanGrid rollout. Can be a brief overview with only essentials or can be comprehensive and include advanced functionality.

Admin LabSuggested attendees: Document Control, IT Staff, Architects

Train your PlanGrid desktop users to master the art of creating projects in the most strategic way possible in this 2 hour lab. Users practice generating Issue Reports, Asbuilts, and other exports, and will become experts at document control and team management in PlanGrid.

Technical LabSuggested attendees: IT Staff, PlanGrid Subscription Managers

This 1 hour session with your IT staff will review technical aspects of PlanGrid, including device management strategy, WiFi and data at the jobsite, and subscription management.
