About the Guy Who Invented ItSome historians believe that Alessandro

Volta created the first battery (a ‘voltaic pile’) in 1800’s. He was inspired by Luigi Galvani’s

report on ‘animal electricity’. Galvani thought that a frog’s legs were responsible for an electrical current being used by his iron

scalpel and brass hook. We now know that it is actually the chemical reaction between the

iron and brass that creates electricity.

Past When Voltaic Pile (Battery)were first invented in the 1800’s, not everybody believed that it was going to be useful in their everyday life. Once some people tried it out , then they thought it was useful to themselves. When Alessandro Died people used his ideas to make them much better.

Present Today’s Batteries are Awesome!

There much better and there transportable. Today there are big brands like Duracell,Energizer,Sony and Eveready. But if it wasn’t for Alessandro Volta and Luigi Galvani’s Idea about “Animal Electricity “ we wouldn't of had Batteries that we have now.

FutureThe Future for Batteries are fastening. I think the future for batteries are… That you will never have to change the battery for the Remote, TV and etc.. Also I think the Future for Batteries are that 1 size of a battery fits all like if have a Wii and you only have ,Lets say AAA batteries and you need AA and you can take the Future Battery out and put it in your Wii and your ready for the day no hassling to go to Wal-Mart to buy the Duracell Battery.
