Structure

Cover Panel

stirring system

Spindle is thinner, no protective device, stirring blades is thin, easily deformed for long-term stirring road markig paints.




Spare Parts

Diesel Engine

Electric starting diesel engine：18HP,easy to start, strong power, long life.

Diesel: 12-15HP, difficulty in starting, power shortage, stirring slowly and thus slow down the speed of the melt.

Motor & Flange

The fixed motor flange: the whole casting, diameter and thickness are strengthened, weight: 10kg, to ensure that the motor shaft and the stirring shaft work together,will not wear the combined teeth after long time using.

The fixed motor flange: welded steel pipe, or simply casting, weight: less than 5kg, motor appear obvious sloshing, after a period of time, sloshing has become increasingly serious, easy to wear the motor and the combined teeth of stirring shaft.

The Stove

Direct injection ten-pin plate stove , spray sleeve: 3mm thick stainless steel tube, long burning, no deformation, no cracking, no rust. Fire core: stainless steel and copper material, high temperature resistance, long-term use.

1. Fourth Ring plate stove, the fire is small, slow heating, easy to plug;2.Direct injection ten-pin plate stove , spray sleeve:1mm pipe,cracking phenomenon in short-term using,and easy to produce large amounts of rust, blocked fire-core, affecting firepower.

Discharge Door

The gate of discharge door:dovetail design,used for a period of time after wear, by adjusting the plate on both sides of re sealing.

The gate of discharge door:ordinary rectangular design, poor sealing,can not be repaired if frayed.




Safety Design

Liquefied Gas Inlet

Through the extension of the seamless steel pipe,coherent liquefied gas port extends to the lower side of the console,the LPG away from the stove and the cylinder body,to avoid liquefied gas pipeline long-term heating and premature aging, eliminate security risks.

LPG is installed directly near the stove and need to be replaced frequently because of the long-term close to the high temperature of the stove and the cylinder and easy to aging, and prone to burst pipes.

Ignition Hole

Install a 45 degree oblique pipe, avoid the ignition flame sputtered burn or scald workers.

No protective device, the ignition flame often have sputtered, easy to burn workers.

Cylinder Exhaust Port

Installed on the cover plate,the heating steam is discharged smoothly to avoid accidents caused by high-temperature state due to accumulation of large amount of water vapor in the cylinder.

No exhaust port, once there is water inside the cylinder will produce a lot of steam when heated, accumulated to a certain extent will be an explosion, sputtered coatings can easily burn workers.

Operating Table Guard Rail

Installation of railing on both sides, safe operation, stacking the right amount of materials or tools, not easy to fall.
