Definition: PeopleSoft Workforce Communications (WFC) is a comprehensive solution for planning and deploying HR programs and the delivery of surveys to the workforce for the purpose of workforce alignment to organizational goals, as well as reduction of risk and reduction or containment of workforce costs.
