This Document Show you Step by Step how configure Oracle SOA/ODI for Non Production

Environment.

The common Information:

Operating System: Oracle Linux 6.4

File System: ext3

Path: /u01/app/fmw

Domain Name: IDDomains

ODI & SOA Version : 11.1.1.7

RCU : 11.1.1.7

Weblogic : 10.3.6

RCU Creation :

RCU stand for: Repository Creation Utility

Because SOA & ODI needs Repository I created them using RCU version 11.1.1.7 which is Compatible

with our ODI & SOA Version 11.1.1.7, check the Below Screen:







Choose Which Competent you want to install I only want to install SOA & ODI























Jrockit Installation

Until you didn’t install Anything related to Oracle Fusion middleware, First we need to install Weblogic

to create adminserver control SOA& ODI But Before do this you have to install jrockit-jdk1.6.0_45-

R28.2.7-4.1.0-linux-x64, Follow the below Screen Shot :











WebLogic Installation:

Now you can install Weblogic but you need to use our JDK not OS JDK so Go the JDK Path and Point to

Weblogic location, Follow the Screen:















SOA Installation

Now We Have Weblogic on our server, But We Don’t Do anything Yet on it, No AdminServer , No

Managed Server, I prefer always to install Oracle Binary without Configuration , Follow the Screen to

Install Only the Binary Without Configuration :















SOA Binary Installed Successfully let’s Configure Oracle SOA, Go to Installation Path in my Case

/u01/app/fmw/Oracle_SOA1/common/bin, and run ./config.sh

ODI Installation

Now We Create AdminServer with Managed Server SOA & Bam, Same Step for ODI Binary First then

Configuration:



























ODI Configuration

Binary Installed Successfully Go to Path in my case /u01/app/fmw/Oracle_ODI1/common/bin and Run

./config.sh

We don’t need to create new adminServer Because you already have one ( SOA Part) But we need to

extend AdminServer For ODI



Choose Domain Location my location : /u01/app/fmw/domains/IDDomains/



Which ODI Part you want to install



This Schema Should be Created by RCU before Reach this screen :
